Simple Apple Cinnamon Quinoa

- 1 cup quiona Cook according to packaged directions.
- 2 tbs butter
- 1.5 tsp cinnamon
- 2 apples diced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Cook quinoa according to package directions.While quinoa is cooking, dice up 2 apples and sauté them in 1 tbs butter for 3 to 4 minutes until soft. Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp cinnamon and set aside.When the quinoa is finished cooking, mix in the other tbsp butter, 1 tsp cinnamon, apples, and brown sugar. Serve warm.
